SHIPPING POLICY

RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns on special orders. Unopened stock items may be returned within 15 days with a 25% restocking fee.
LIFETIME INSTALLATION GURANTEE
St George Flooring (SGF) will perform all flooring installation work in a professional manner using high quality materials and supplies in conformance with applicable manufacturing standards.
SGF guarantees your flooring will be free of defect due to installation. Installers of SGF warranty their work for 2 years from the date of installation.
Carpet – SGF provides a Lifetime Guarantee against buckling. In cases where carpet needs re-stretched, the customer is only required to pay the current trip charge (2019 is 75.00). The labor to re-stretch the carpet is Free under this warranty. Note: this does not include moving furniture.
Waterproof Wood Style Flooring, Wood Flooring, Laminate, Luxury Vinyl Plank and Tile – If these are installed either as a glue down or a loose lay, the floor is guaranteed not to buckle or shift due to installation. If there is shifting due to installation, SGF will repair or replace the flooring to your satisfaction. Flooring that is damaged due to normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or damage due to floods or concrete shifts will not be covered.
